Mr. Henry Bukari is a seasoned insurance professional and currently holds the position of Managing Director at Phoenix Insurance Co. Ltd. With a rich background in the industry, he previously served at SIC Insurance Co. Ltd. and possesses over twenty years of experience in the field.

• Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree, University of Ghana, Legon
• Associate, Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACII), UK
• Completed various foreign and local professional development courses

Mr. Bukari is a distinguished member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana. Additionally, he holds membership in the Ghana Bar Association, showcasing his multi-disciplinary expertise.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bukari has actively contributed to the insurance industry through his participation in several industry committees established by the National Insurance Commission and the Ghana Insurers Association. Notable among these are his roles in the GIA Compliance and Legal Affairs Committee and the Ministerial Steering Committee on the Insurance Act 2021, Act (1061).

Currently, Mr. Henry Bukari serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee/Board of the Ecowas Brown Card Insurance Scheme, Ghana National Bureau, further demonstrating his leadership and influence in the insurance sector.
