Additionally, he possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Cape Coast.

With over 16 years of working experience, Ahale has excelled in various roles within the insurance sector. For the past 10 years, he has held Middle and Top Management positions, showcasing his exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities. His areas of expertise include insurance underwriting, claims management, and claims negotiations.

Ahale’s career journey includes valuable stints at reputable organizations. He began his professional tenure as an Assistant Manager at Vanguard Assurance, where he made significant contributions to the company’s growth and success. Subsequently, he assumed the position of Head of Underwriting at Allianz Insurance, further expanding his knowledge and skills in the insurance field.
